Working Together

At my practice, I approach clients with empathy, compassion and optimism. I use a Solution Focused Paradigm, which means that I am able to concentrate on finding solutions in the present time and exploring my clients hope for the future to find a quicker resolution of one’s problems. I use this paradigm because I believe in a strengths-based counselling approach, emphasizing the resources that people possess and how these can be applied to a positive change process.

 

Every individual experiences different reactions to different events, and so it is important that we understand that you know your situation the best. I believe that you are the expert on your life. 

 

I am here to help guide you to the path that you would like to be on. I work with your needs and adapt to your framework. Each person is unique and I want to explore and understand your uniqueness during our counselling sessions.
